The Poway Adult School Way
Poway Adult School offers a premier program of top coaching and materials to help you get your California real estate license!
In the state of California, you’re required to show proof of completion of three courses prior to taking the state exam. The two mandatory courses are Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Principles. One elective course is also required, and our Legal Aspects of Real Estate fulfills that requirement. Our Real Estate License Package includes following:

The Timelines
You should plan on 30 days for each course.
After you have completed the 3 courses, you’ll submit your certificates of completion and exam application to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
While they process your application, you’ll attend the exam prep class.
Study all your materials and plan to take the state exam within 30 days after your prep class… and PASS!
ASSISTING YOU IN PASSING THE STATE EXAM
Poway Adult Real Estate School offers a unique program that takes textbook learning to the next level. Each course is structured to assist you in preparing for the state exam. Partnered with our exam preparation material, we provide each student with the resources necessary to excel on their state exam.
While other educators have chosen to offer only online training with pre-recorded videos (which may be outdated), we believe there should be both Self-Study AND Live “interactive” lessons. Many students have said they learn better this way, and we believe this is a superior option for preparing you to pass the exam.
PREMIER MENTORING PROGRAM
We provide an education beyond the required state material. Our teacher leads each session by bringing the material to life through his own personal experiences – both as a Realtor and Real Estate Broker.
What’s unique about our live classroom or online Zoom training is it gives students the chance to ask questions to an active real estate leader — someone with a history in the industry who knows what it takes to be a successful real estate agent.
Our Teacher answers student questions about the course material, working in real estate, and how to become a top-producing agent.
The sessions do not cover every topic in the course’s textbooks. The instructor teaches the material based on his professional experience and the topic’s relevance. Our classes, secure online portal, and the textbooks combine to cover the educational requirements created by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
